This is an important legal document to help remove difficulties and obstacles, improve the effectiveness of the Union's consulting, criticism and social assessment activities. At the same time, it shows the social responsibility of a team of S&T intellectuals who contribute intellectually to the guidelines, policies and major and important projects of the province.

On the basis of the promulgated regulations, the Provincial Union of Associations actively coordinated with the Department of Planning and Investment to select projects with complex, priority, key and multi-sectoral nature, placing requirements on the Union The association provides advice and feedback. From 2016 up to now, the Union and its member associations have been assigned by the province to review hundreds of major projects, programs and plans of the province. The comments, advice and criticism provided by the Union and its member associations have provided more arguments for the provincial leaders to propose appropriate and correct guidelines and policies, which are implemented in practice. practical life.

Critical consulting and social assessment activities have become increasingly important activities of the Union. On the one hand, this activity has contributed to improving the quality of drafting and developing programs, projects and schemes on socio-economic development, science and technology. On the other hand, this is also an opportunity for Unions of Unions and associations to gather and unite a contingent of scientific and technological intellectuals to contribute to the cause of socio-economic, scientific and technological development of the country. local.
