1. For Hai Duong province:
- Blockade the entire Chi Linh city in Hai Duong province and strictly apply measures according to Directive 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister, in which:

+ Heads of production and business establishments are responsible for the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to apply the measure of closing and stopping the operation of establishments that do not ensure safety for epidemic prevention and control; directing fast tracing, zoning, stamping out the epidemic, testing on a large scale and implementing concentrated isolation with close contacts for 21 days; based on the level of risk for each area in the area, decide to apply blockade and social distancing measures according to Directive 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 and Directive 16/CT- TTg on 31/3/2020.
2. For Quang Ninh province:
- Suspend the operation of Van Don International Airport from 12:00 on January 28, 2021;
- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province decided to apply the measure of closing and stopping the operation of establishments that do not ensure safety for epidemic prevention and control; directing fast tracing, zoning, stamping out the epidemic, testing on a large scale and implementing concentrated isolation with close contacts for 21 days; Based on the level of risk for each area in the area, decide to apply blockade and social distancing measures according to Directive 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 and Directive 16/CT- TTg on 31/3/2020.
3. Presidents of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall focus on directing:
