- In 2021, the retirement age under normal conditions for male employees is full 60 years and 03 months, for female employees, it is full 55 years and 04 months.

2. Fireworks are allowed during Tet holidays and birthdays

This remarkable content is mentioned in Decree 137/2020/ND-CP of the Government on the management and use of firecrackers.

According to Article 17 of this Decree, from January 11, 2021 - the effective date of this Decree, people with full civil act capacity may use fireworks in cases such as holidays, New Year's Eve, birthdays, etc. , weddings, conferences, grand openings... However, when using fireworks, they are only allowed to buy fireworks at organizations and enterprises that are allowed to manufacture and trade fireworks.

Note: The type of fireworks used by people is a manufactured, handcrafted or industrial product... creating sound, light, and color effects in space, without causing explosions (Article 1. 3 Decree 137/2020).

3. Organizing the model of urban government in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City

In Resolution 97/2019/QH14, the National Assembly approved the pilot organization of an urban government model in Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi.

- A detached house in the countryside with a size of less than 07 floors and in an area where there is no urban planning, construction planning for functional areas or detailed construction planning for rural residential areas approved by state agencies authorized to approve.

- Separate houses in mountainous areas and islands in areas without urban planning or construction planning for functional areas.

6. No need to notify the enterprise seal sample before use

According to the old regulations in Clause 2, Article 44 of the Law on Enterprises 2014, before using, the enterprise is obliged to notify the seal sample to the business registration authority for public posting on the National Registration Portal. enterprise.

However, from January 1, 2021 - the effective date of the Law on Enterprises 2020, enterprises are not required to notify the seal sample to the business registration agency.

- Taxpayers have violated the law on tax registration.

This Circular takes effect from January 17, 2021.

8. Formal debt collection services are strictly prohibited

According to Article 6 of the Investment Law 2020, the following business investment activities are prohibited:

- Debt collection service business (new regulations)…

- Buying and selling humans, tissues, corpses, body parts, human fetuses (addition to the ban on buying and selling human corpses and fetuses).

- Business activities related to human cloning.

- Trading in firecrackers.

In particular, banning the business of debt collection services is a new regulation. Thus, from January 1, 2021, when the Investment Law 2021 takes effect, the debt collection service will be officially terminated.

9. No need to install a fire extinguisher on a 4-seater car
According to Article 8 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP, cars from 04 seats or more to 09 seats only need to meet the following conditions for fire prevention and fighting safety:

- Ensure operating conditions have been verified.

- Supplies and goods arranged and arranged on vehicles must ensure fire prevention and fighting safety.

This Decree has removed the requirement to have fire extinguishers in cars from 04 seats to 09 seats.

Decree 136/2020 takes effect from January 10, 2021.

10. Extension of agricultural land use tax exemption to the end of 2025

The National Assembly passed Resolution 107/2020/QH14 on the extension of the agricultural land use tax exemption period specified in Resolution 55/2010/QH12.
